What's an active account?
A connected social account that published at least one post in the calendar month. Accounts that are connected but didn't post cost nothing.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Paid plans never block a post for billing. Each extra active account is billed at the plan's overage rate, prorated, and you're moved to the next plan as soon as it's cheaper.
Are client accounts or my users' accounts allowed on every plan?
Yes. Every plan allows every account type and every feature.
What about X's API fees?
X charges per post ($0.015, or $0.200 with a link). We pass it through at cost, with an included credit: $2 on Hobby, $5 Pro, $15 Growth, $40 Scale.
What's limited on Free?
3 active accounts and 100 posts a month, as hard limits.
