Delete your data

SocialsForAI (Codehorts LLC) stores a connected social account's id, name, profile image link and access credentials, plus the posts sent through it, so it can publish on the owner's behalf. Here is how to remove that data. See the privacy policy for everything we store.

If you connected Facebook, Instagram, Threads or another network

  1. Remove our access on the network. On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), select SocialsForAI and remove it. On Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites. On Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions. On other networks, use their connected apps settings.
  2. Or disconnect it in SocialsForAI. Whoever connected it can disconnect the account from the dashboard's Accounts page or with DELETE /v1/accounts/:id. Disconnecting deletes the stored credentials immediately.
  3. Ask us to delete everything. Email lee@socialsforai.com from any address with the network and your account name or handle. We delete the account record, its credentials and its post history within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you have a SocialsForAI workspace

Delete the workspace on its Settings page in the dashboard. That immediately deletes its connected accounts and their credentials, posts, API keys and webhooks, and cancels its paid plan. To delete your sign-in email and everything else we hold about you, email lee@socialsforai.com.

What stays

Posts already published remain on the networks; delete them there. Billing records are kept as tax and accounting rules require. Database backups roll off after a limited period.
